At Vestiaire Collective, we pride ourselves on a collaborative and dynamic team structure.
Our tech team is centered around one main department: the product development team. Within this department, the team is divided into different Teams: Offer Management, Marketing and Merchandizing, Listing Management, Discovery, Platform, and Ops-CS. These teams are divided into agile squads that drive project-specific innovation. When you join our tech team, you’ll work for a specific funnel, assigned to one of the team's expertise. Our product design and product analytics teams are embedded within Teams to maintain cohesive design strategies and provide specialized insights.

Offer Management
We make negociation between buyers and sellers easy and rewarding by enhancing the tools and features that help sellers manage their listings and transactions seamlessly.
Marketking and Merchandizing
We drive how users discover Vestiaire Collective and what motivates them to take action.
From acquisition to conversion, we build the experiences and levers that bring new users in, guide them through the platform, and showcase the right items at the right moment.
Platform
We’re the tech backbone, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently so that the whole Vestiaire Collective experience is positive.
Discovery
We help you uncover treasures by improving search and recommendation features, making it easier to find items you’ll love.
Listing Management
We power the supply side of Vestiaire Collective.Our team ensures that every item listed on the platform is easy to create, well-structured, correctly priced, and ready to be discovered by buyers. We build and manage listing creation flows, pricing tools and price drop campaigns, and maintain our internal taxonomy—laying the foundation that connects sellers, products, and buyers at scale.
Ops-CS (Operations and Customer Service)
We keep things moving and keep customers happy, handling logistics and providing excellent support for a hassle-free experience.
