Our tech team is centered around one main department: the product development team. Within this department, the team is divided into different "collectives": seller experience, buyer experience, discovery, platform, and ops-CS. These collectives are then divided into agile squads that drive project-specific innovation. When you join our tech team, you’ll work for a specific funnel, assigned to one of the collectives. Our product design and product analytics teams are embedded within collectives to maintain cohesive design strategies and provide specialized insights.
