Our Key Data

90% of the environmental impact is avoided, when a consumer buys a pre-loved piece on Vestiaire Collective instead of buying new. 

Our total carbon footprint for 2024 amounts to 18,634 tCO2e (-2% vs 2023 GHG emissions). For the first time, we’ve managed to reduce not only our carbon intensity, but also our absolute emissions. 

As we grow, we’re still reducing our emissions and our net positive impact on the climate is widening, year after year. Right now, we prevent 3.4x more emissions than we generate.

Vestiaire Collective is the first pre-loved fashion business model to  monetize it's avoided emission into measurable and additional  carbon credits.

87% of items purchased on Vestiaire Collective prevent a first-hand purchase.

Shopping preloved on Vestiaire Collective is 33% more affordable in the long term  than buying brand-new fast fashion products.
